I am delighted to say that this 8 week Yoga Therapy Course to Reduce Stress, Depression & Anxiety is still going to run on the SUMMER TERM DATES featured here and as shown on the flyer below. Thank you to those of you who have contacted me already and shown your interest.

TIME/DATES
Wed 9.30am-11.30am 13th /20th May, 3rd/10th/17th/24th June and 1st/8th July

There are 3 main changes which have arisen due to the COVID-19 pandemic…

1) LOCATION
You may choose to take the course from my online Zoom platform or you can come and do the course in person as originally planned Upstairs at The Yoga Hall (lockdown permitting).

2) PRICE
If you choose to take this course online, the price is reduced from £260 to £190. If the course starts, and the lockdown is lifted, and you decide you would like to come in person to receive the teaching, then there will be an extra charge of £20. (This will be on a first come first served basis – see GROUP SIZE below). This makes the total for the in person course £210, still cheaper than the original early bird price.
Everybody will pay for the online course initially, until we know more.>/p>

3) GROUP SIZE
There are 6 in person places (this is the capacity of the room Upstairs at The Yoga Hall) and 4 online places.
If we are all still in lockdown, then all 10 places will be online.
There will never be more than 10 participants in the group.
If and when lockdown is lifted, and The Yoga Hall is able to safely open its doors again, then I will send the group an e-mail asking who would like to come into the in person space. This will be on a first come first served basis.
