This 6 week course begins on Tuesday 10th September at 7:15pm Upstairs at The Yoga Hall, and continues on the Tuesdays 17th, 24th, of September, and 1st, 8th, and 15th of October 2024. £96. You can also join via Zoom for £84.
You can book individual sessions, however the learning and full experience through 6 weeks will make more sense, so we encourage you to book the whole course.
