A great opportunity to come together in a safe space with other teenagers and practice yoga. We will move, balance, breathe and relax. We will also learn many techniques to help us develop a sense of self esteem and self confidence. Yoga can benefit many areas of your life – improving physical strength and flexibility, helping with exam stress, life stress, worry, anxiety and sleep.
You will learn to put yourself into some quite interesting positions, at the same time improving your ability to relax and de-stress from full on learning at school. Yoga teaches us to be present and in touch with our natural selves. Then what comes easily to us, our talent, what we are best designed to be, is brought forward. We can trust our own feelings, be connected to the real world around us and yet be completely original.

All teenagers are welcome, from 13 to 19 years old. You can be a complete beginner or have had some yoga experience. Come along and give it a go!
