Baby Yoga classes at The Yoga Hall are a welcoming place to connect with your baby through movement and touch. Post Natal Yoga and Baby Yoga are interspersed throughout the class encouraging both mother and baby to be present in the body in order to understand our selves and each other. Classes combine flowing movement, songs, games, holds and lifts in a relaxed environment. The high quality physical stimulation a baby receives during a class helps him/her to sleep more soundly and to be more settled. Digestive and nervous systems are also stimulated contributing to a contented and healthy baby. Parents benefit by releasing and strengthening their body, whilst energising with the breath. Particular emphasis is put on gently re-establishing core strength. After class we have plenty of time for tea and biscuits, to make friends, ask for advice and share insights.
Booking is on a first come first served basis. We need to know your name, your little one’s name and age at the beginning of the course, your mobile number and email address.
