‘Polishing the Heart’ is a Sufi term for the inner work or clearing congestion from the Heart centre in order to deepen our connection to the All that Is.
Mudras are an effective form of energy work that can be carried throughout a person’s entire life, regardless of age or flexibility.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Cushions and blankets are provided.

Ana has two children and (like many of us) has learnt the importance of core strength through childbirth. Many of us loose some core stability during pregnancy and labour, and then realise how important it is. But you don’t have to have children (or be female) to benefit from this understanding. Improved core strength reduces back problems, helps prevent injury and improves balance and stability. Ana has studied both Yoga and Pilates, and will share her knowledge and practice gleaned from many years of investigation and a keen personal interest in this theme.
