One to attend ‘in-person’ for a Kundalini Yoga Class at The Yoga Hall with Laura
on Wednesday 16th December at 9:30 am to 11:00 am

No refund can be given unless your place can be re-sold in time for the class.
Please read the following check list before coming in person to The Yoga Hall. Most of it is common sense…
Please bring your own Yoga mat.
If you would like to use a cushion and/or a blanket, bring those too.
Come dressed for class where you can, to limit the use of the changing room.
Our brown base mats will be distanced to allow 2 metres between each person.
Please roll out your own mat on top and observe social distancing (1 metre minimum) around The Yoga Hall.
Please do not come if you feel unwell.
We will have a little more space between classes to allow teachers to ventilate and disinfect handles and commonly touched areas. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early.
We now have *warm water!!* available in the cloakrooms for handwashing before and after class.
Alternatively, the ubiquitous hand sanitiser will also be available.
In our uncertain times, we are taking the bold step of inviting you to join our classes in a spirit of generosity. It must be worthwhile, dynamic and sustainable. We want you to feel welcome to participate, and we also need to cover The Yoga Hall’s costs. You are the one who identifies your contribution. The suggested price honourably covers the “hard marginal costs” of your participation. Those who contribute more (thank you!) make it possible to include some who cannot. Some valued participants can only afford a lower amount. Just go ahead and identify it, down to £8. We are very excited to welcome you as part of this courageous and generous community!
