A Somatics yoga practice invites us with traditional yoga asanas to slow down into more subtle movements to allow us to feel the experience without attachment or judgement, to unravel patterns or habits to calm, to soothe and restore. Somatic practices gives us permission to feel more fluid to explore and be curious of the differences inviting us to feel the experience, to feel rather than do. The movements can be very specific but always with space to explore, time to listen in, to notice what you need and most importantly in a world of doing, pushing through, tuning in to the little voice that says.. ‘that’s enough’
